Creole cuisine. Appetizers include Christophine Farcie, Acras, Calamari Cocktail, some great salads. Main courses range from seafood (e.g. local snapper, conch stew) to chicken and other meats (steaks, creole chicken, goat stew, pork tenderloin, etc.). Don't get fooled by the location of Mark's place on the parking of the supermarket. He keeps providing excellent food & service for over a decade !
